Service Agreement & Cancellation Framework BCC Enterprise LLC is committed to providing reliable, high-quality commercial landscaping, property maintenance, and snow removal services. To ensure efficient scheduling and respect for our operational resources, we enforce a standard 48-hour service cancellation policy for all contracted and one-time service appointments. 48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • • • Notice Requirement: Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time for any service cancellation or rescheduling request. Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to provide clear, unrestricted access to the property at the scheduled time, will result ina cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost (or forfeiture of the applicable project retainer/deposit).
